Cancel your Candy AI subscription
Cancel from the account that holds the subscription. Complete the confirmation steps and check the resulting subscription details rather than assuming that closing the browser stops renewal.
Stop renewal in your account
- Sign in to the Candy AI account with the active subscription.
- Open My Profile.
- Select Settings.
- Find the subscription details near the bottom of the page.
- Choose Unsubscribe and complete any confirmation prompts.
- Review the resulting subscription information and keep a record of the confirmation.
Cancellation is not an automatic refund
Stopping renewal and requesting money back are separate actions. If you also want a completed payment reviewed, follow the refund-request process instead of assuming that Unsubscribe submits that request.
Keep the purchase receipt and account email available. They help identify which subscription you cancelled and which payment you are asking support to check.
Your account and content are separate from renewal
Cancelling the subscription does not itself delete the account or its content. Access to Premium features can end when paid access expires, so keeping a chat history does not establish continued access to every paid action.
Removing a home-screen shortcut, deleting browser data or unsubscribing from marketing emails is not the subscription cancellation flow. If you cannot find Unsubscribe on the right account, contact support before the next renewal and describe the account and purchase.

How do I cancel my Candy AI subscription?
Sign in, open My Profile, select Settings and find Unsubscribe in the subscription details. Complete the confirmation and check the result.
Does deleting the Candy AI home-screen app cancel my plan?
No. Removing a browser shortcut is not the cancellation action. Stop renewal through the subscription controls in the account.
Will cancelling Candy AI automatically refund my last payment?
No. Cancellation and refund review are separate. Use the refund-request process for a payment you want reviewed.
Can I pause a Candy AI subscription instead?
There is no pause option in the current subscription controls. Cancel renewal if you want to stop the next payment, then review the available plans if you choose to subscribe again later.
