Match the payment before changing a plan
A card charge can appear as EverAI. Compare its amount and date with your receipt, then check the subscription or token purchase in the same account.
Cancellation stops renewal; refund review concerns a completed payment. If a result is unclear, keep the receipt and current account details together rather than repeating a purchase. Do not send full card details in a support message.
