Delete your Candy AI account
Account deletion is a different decision from cancelling renewal or deleting one conversation. Check the subscription and anything you want to keep before confirming removal of the account.
Before you choose Delete Account
If your goal is only to stop future payments, use the subscription cancellation controls. If you want to clear one thread, use the conversation's own controls. Those actions are narrower than deleting the account.
Keep purchase records you may need for a billing enquiry and save any content the available download controls allow you to keep. Do not rely on account deletion as a way to preserve a recoverable copy.
Find the deletion control
- Sign in to the account you intend to remove.
- Open My Profile and select Settings.
- Review the subscription details and deal with any renewal you intend to stop.
- Scroll to the Danger Zone area.
- Choose Delete Account and read the confirmation before completing it.
What deletion changes
The account's preferences, usage history and associated information become unavailable through the account. Some records can still be retained for legally required periods; deletion is not a promise that every stored record disappears immediately.
If you cannot sign in or you still see a billing issue after deletion, contact support with the account email and purchase reference. Never send a password or full payment-card details in the request.
