Signing in, stopping renewal and deleting an account are separate actions. Start with the account holding your history or subscription, then choose the change you want to make.

Choose the account change you need
Use your original sign-in method to reach the account holding your history and purchases. A second account opened with another email or login provider can have a different history and allowance.
Cancel renewal to stop the next subscription payment. Delete Account removes access to the account and its history. Removing a home-screen shortcut does neither. Keep the receipt reference if you also need a purchase checked.
