What you can try for free
Try a conversation and the creation tools before choosing a subscription. Free access includes a small account-level allowance rather than ongoing unlimited messaging or the full paid library.
Your free allowance
| Activity | Free allowance |
|---|---|
| Text chat | Up to five messages across all characters |
| Custom character | One character |
| Image generation | One image, through the generator or a supported chat request |
The message allowance is shared across characters. It is not five new messages every day. Check the remaining allowance in your account if an offer or update presents different conditions.
Use the allowance to test what matters to you
Choose one character whose introduction interests you and ask something specific. Use the replies to judge the conversation style rather than spend the entire allowance on repeated greetings.
For the image request, write one coherent scene and inspect the result before deciding whether you want to use more media features. A free preview should help you understand the product; it should not be mistaken for an unlimited plan.
Free access, promotions and paid renewal
A free account, a discount and a paid subscription are different things. Read the checkout before confirming a paid offer, including the amount charged, the next renewal date and any separate media costs.
A free chat allowance does not establish free access to every Shorts series, private-content pack, video tool or call feature. Check the item you want to open. Do not rely on a third-party promise of free Premium or an account shared by someone else.
Questions and answers
Is Candy AI free?
There is limited free account access. The documented allowance covers a small amount of chat, one custom character and one image, rather than unlimited use of the platform.
How many free messages does Candy AI include?
The free allowance is up to five messages in total across characters. Opening another profile uses the same allowance; it does not add five new messages.
Is the Candy AI free trial a seven-day Premium subscription?
The free-user allowance does not establish a universal seven-day paid-plan trial. Read the actual offer in your account and any checkout terms before expecting a particular trial duration.
Can I use Candy AI without a subscription indefinitely?
You can use the free access available to the account, but its limits still apply. Paid features do not become unlimited simply because the account remains open.
