How Candy AI tokens work
Tokens are the balance used for eligible actions beyond ordinary paid text messaging. A subscription can provide access to a tool while that tool's individual requests still draw on tokens.
What uses the balance
- Supported image and video-generation requests.
- Available voice-message and call actions.
- Unlocking a selected My Private Content pack.
- Other actions that display a token price before you confirm them.
Check the current creation or media control for its price. An older list of token uses is not a guarantee that every version of a tool charges in exactly the same way.
Your monthly allowance follows the subscription
Premium includes 100 tokens each month; Premium Plus includes 330. Monthly token replenishment is separate from how often a longer subscription is billed. An annual payment does not mean you must wait a year for the next monthly allowance.
Premium replenishment follows the day of the month you first subscribed. Check the subscription details for your next allowance rather than assuming all balances refresh on the first day of the calendar month.
Estimate requests from the actual price
If a control shows a price, compare that price with the balance before choosing a batch or repeating a request. There is no single image count you can safely calculate from a subscription name alone.
If a balance seems wrong, note the action, time and amount before contacting support. Cancelling renewal does not itself delete the account's remaining token balance, although Premium features can become unavailable once paid access ends. Account deletion is a different action.

What are Candy AI tokens used for?
They cover supported media and other token-priced actions, such as images, video, audio and private packs. Look at the actual action's displayed cost before confirming it.
Do Candy AI tokens reset on the first day of each month?
Premium replenishment follows the subscription's monthly anniversary. Check the account's renewal details instead of assuming a first-of-month refill.
Why am I asked to buy tokens when I already have Premium?
Subscription access and the token balance are separate. If you have spent the included allowance, a separately priced action can require a top-up.
How many pictures can I make with my tokens?
Divide your available balance by the displayed price per image and round down to a whole request. If a batch or another option changes the price, calculate from that option's total instead. There is no single image count for every setting.
How do I get more Candy AI tokens?
Check your monthly plan allowance and the top-up options in your account. A top-up is a separate purchase. Review its quantity and full charge before confirming.
