Replika and Candy AI both offer an AI companion, but you begin in different ways. Compare the companion you want to talk to, the controls you want to change and how much conversation is available before payment.
Free text chat is a meaningful difference
Replika offers ongoing free conversation with an avatar. Our ordinary free allowance is limited to five messages across characters, one custom character and one image. Neither description should be extended into a promise that all voice, visual or relationship features are free.
If text conversation is your main activity, test that first. Look at whether the character follows your topic and speaking preferences rather than judging the whole interaction from a portrait or an advertisement.

A feature called image generation on both services can still have different controls and limits. Review the actual tier and allowance instead of transferring one service's conditions to the other.

Think about a typical session: a conversation, an audio exchange and perhaps an image request. Check which of those actions is included and which is metered or requires a paid option. Then compare the full charge and renewal term.
Our characters remain fictional, and generated replies are not professional advice or real-world commitments. Keep that boundary regardless of which companion service you choose. Use the account controls for billing changes rather than relying on something a character says in chat.

Is Replika Pro the same as Candy AI Premium?
No. They are different subscriptions. Compare the included activities, usage conditions and full renewal charge rather than treating the plan names as equivalent.
Do both services offer companion customization?
Yes, in different forms. We offer catalogue characters and Create My AI; Replika offers companion-avatar customization and subscription-dependent options.
Can a character cancel my subscription for me?
No. Use the actual account and billing controls of the service you subscribed to. A generated reply is not confirmation of a billing action.
