Try a character's Live Action experience
Live Action is an interactive visual experience available for selected Candy AI characters. Look for the joystick-style badge rather than assuming every profile has the same video controls.
Open it from an eligible character
An eligible profile or chat can show a Live Action entry. That takes you into a separate visual interface with its own menu of supported actions. It is not the ordinary text-chat window.
Live Action is a mobile Premium feature for selected characters. Check the controls available on your device and account; seeing a portrait on desktop does not establish that the mode is available there.
Access does not remove every action cost
The mode can contain both included and token-priced actions. Review the action you are about to choose, even if you already have a subscription. Do not use your remaining text-chat allowance as an estimate of what a video action costs.
If the experience is unavailable, first check the character, device and subscription. Repeatedly pressing a missing or inactive control will not add an entitlement to the account.
Choose the right format
- Use chat for a written conversation with the character.
- Use a supported voice or call control for audio interaction.
- Use video generation to create a requested media result.
- Use Candy Shorts to watch a prepared episode.
- Use Live Action for the separate interactive visual mode offered on eligible profiles.
All of these remain AI-character experiences. An interactive menu or realistic visual is not evidence of a live human performer responding to your account.
